Pay As You Go Yoga Classes in Swindon

Yoga with Yasmin isn’t your average yoga class. I like to blend my life experience with my yoga qualifications to bring you a truly unique and varied timetable.
From Fit Yoga, Toning Yoga to Chill Out Yoga I cover all areas of health and fitness. A real yogic union of mind and body from beginners through to more experienced students.
I teach 12 classes each week at Yoga Shala. On weekdays you can join me at 10am & 6pm or 10am & 11am on Sundays.

Yoga Classes in Swindon Timetable
Monday
10am-11am Sunrise Yoga A general flow to start the week with positivity. Suitable for all.
6pm-7pm Monday Moves Cardio meets stamina, flexibility and fun in a class designed to rev the heart rate on the mat.
Suitable for all.
Tuesday
10am-11am Tone Up Yoga This unique combination of Yoga & Pilates creates more muscle tone & brings vitality to mind and body.
Suitable for all levels including beginners (60 mins).
6pm-7pm Beginners Yoga Learn the basics of yoga in a friendly, easy-to-follow class. I’ll guide you through finding your breath, foundation postures and meditation. Suitable for beginners and those returning to exercise (60 mins).
Wednesday
10am-12pm Massage Therapies
6pm-7pm Relaxation Yoga A gentle evening yoga class introducing meditation techniques within a relaxing flow. I like to call this ‘lunar yoga’.

Thursday
10am-11am Beginners Yoga A slow-paced introduction to Yoga with clear instruction and technique guidance.
Suitable for complete beginners and those who would like to revisit the basics (60 mins)
6pm-7pm Sun Flow Yoga An energising yoga flow exploring a variety of Sun Salutations. In this class, we build the heat to glow with the flow.
Suitable for all levels (60 mins).
Friday
10am-11am Flow Yoga A yoga class to bring the Friday feel-good vibes to the mat.
Suitable for beginners and all levels (60 mins)
6pm-7pm Sunset Yoga A soothing yoga class to close the week with a flow designed to relax and restore. The Weekend starts here.

Sunday
10am Strength Yoga A dynamic class to strengthen and tone combining yoga with the stability ball and hand weights. Suitable for all levels. Strengthen your core and more. Suitable for all levels (60 mins)
11am Chill Out Yoga A relaxing mat-based class exploring breathwork and meditation. An amazing Yin to compliment the Yang of Sunday strength.
