Therapeutic Massage (60 minutes)

The benefits of this type of massage help to promote a state of relaxation and balance.

It can also reduce pain, improve circulation, release stress and promote overall wellbeing.

Therapeutic massage eases the physicality of daily life as well as improving the performance of sporting activities, reducing fatigue and improving sleep quality.

I use various techniques during the massage treatment, tailoring the session to meet the specific requirements of the client. I incorporate deep-tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point acupressure work and various passive-resistive techniques. Appropriate clothing is a sports top for women and shorts for both men and women

Indian Head Massage (60 minutes)

Indian Head Massage has its own unique couch where you remain fully clothed and seated throughout the treatment. Appointments are 60 minutes.

The slow and relaxing movements of the practitioner help to release neck, back and shoulder pain.

The calming massage of the scalp eases headaches, helps to prevent migraines and induces a state of deep relaxation.
