The studio is bright and airy and is a true community space in Old Town, Swindon.
I like to think of it as a place where locals come together to experience the joy of yoga before perhaps, popping next door for a coffee and a croissant after.

What to bring
An open mind, your water bottle and a light layer for relaxation at the end of class. I provide mats and props.
I haven’t been before, will I be OK?
Everyone was a beginner once! All my classes are mixed levels and the only person who matters in the room is you. So join me on the mat and lets starting working on your goals together.

There is no private parking but there are plenty of public carparks local to the studio.

No, I provide mats but if you have your own mat feel free to bring it with you and pop it on top.

I do. Save £5 when booking 3 classes - this allows you to try a few different classes on the timetable and find a flow to suit your needs. Alternatively, book pay-as-go. The choice is up to you.

There’s no set yoga uniform - just comfy clothing that you can move in. If you’d like to wear socks, I’d suggest purchasing yoga socks so you have some grip on the mat.

Throughout the week I offer a variety of classes to suit your goals and needs. From Fit Yoga where we work up a sweat to Relaxation Yoga - there’s a yoga style for all tastes.
