Terms & Conditions 01/09/2018:
1.1 If you access and use this website (the “Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms (the “Terms”). If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use the site.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to change the Terms and therefore ask Customers to check the Terms regularly, prior to booking.
2.1 Due to limited number of spaces per class, attendance must be booked in advance via e-mail, text message, phone or in person. Course/Pass options will run from Monday-Friday ONLY and will not extend beyond five consecutive weeks. For further details please see "Timetable & Prices" section of the site.
2.2 All single classes to be paid in advance with no refund or transfer of class. All NEW Course/Pass places to be paid in advance. Renewal Course/Pass places may be paid on arrival providing the space has been booked. Payment can be made via cash, Credit/Debit Card in person or via Paypal.com. Full details will be provided once a booking has been made.
2.3 Prices are as stated on the Site, any changes made will be given via the site.
2.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or expel Customers from the studio should their conduct be deemed unfit or should they be deemed to be in breach of the Terms. In such instances The Company will not refund the Customer. Course/Pass renewal bookings made and not attended will count as taken.
3.1 24 hours notice of cancellation required for ALL bookings and renewals. If 24 hours notice is not given for a Course/Pass Renewal then student will forfeit that weeks class. On a course you can request to change to a different class on the timetable within that same week (Monday - Friday) dependent upon availability. No refund for unattended classes will be given.
3.2 The Company cannot be held responsible for a particular session or instructor becoming unavailable.
4. Locations and Start Times
4.1 Any changes made to the location and times will be highlighted on the Site and all booked customers will be informed by email, phone or text.
4.2 Customers are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the Class. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone arriving after the start of the Class.
5. Fitness and Health
5.1 The Company advises Customers not to take part in one of The Classes without first seeking medical advice if they have any concerns regarding their physical condition.
5.2 Customers with with low or high blood pressure or cardiovascular irregularities should not attend the Class without express and written permission from a medical professional.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse access to any Customer if it in any way doubts the health of the Customer and their ability to safely take part in the Classes.
5.3 Customers accept the risk of injury from performing exercises in the Classes. The Company accepts no liability for injury to the Customer, except in so far as such injury is by law incapable of exclusion.
5.4 New Customers will be asked by the instructor as to their physical well-being, and to any pre existing medical/physical condition. A liability waiver and declaration will be provided to all students to fill out and sign prior to partaking in any class for the first time. It is the participant's responsibility to inform the instructor of any change to their mental/physical health and any medication prescribed. The verbal screening and signed liability waiver and declaration will also waive the Company’s responsibility for physical injury caused by the Classes. Any information passed to the instructor will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be kept for a period of one year only in accordance with GDPR regulations.
6. Personal Belongings
6.1 Personal belongings brought to the Classes are brought at the Customer’s risk. The safety of the possessions are not the responsibility of the Company. We do not accept liability for loss or damage of personal possessions except in so far as such loss or damage is by law incapable of exclusion.
7. Dress and Suitability
7.1 The Company request all Customers to dress appropriately for yoga. Details of recommended attire are featured on the Site.
7.2 Cleanliness and hygiene is essential – both of Customers themselves and their attire. Soiled clothes or poor personal hygiene will result in the Company exercising the right to refuse entry.
7.3 Children under the age of 16 should not attend Classes without the supervision of a responsible adult.
7.4 Shoes should not be worn during the Class. Yoga Socks are recommended rather than normal socks for Health & Safety.
7.5 Yoga Mats can be provided by the Company upon request.
7.6 Towels must be bought to the Class by the Customer.
7.7 No food or chewing gum is to be consumed within the class and all mobile phones are to be turned off .
7.8 Customers are encouraged to bring their own water to class in a non-breakable bottle. Liquids in non resealable cans or bottles will not be allowed in class and will be requested to be kept with personal belongings and only consumed after class has finished.
8. Trademark and Copyright
8.1 Yoga with Yasmin, the Yoga with Yasmin Lotus Logo and all articles published on this website are the Intellectual Property of Yasmin Fattori. Yoga with Yasmin and The Yoga with Yasmin Lotus Logo are Trademark ™ and Copyright © Yasmin Fattori. Any unauthorised usage of this content may result in legal action being taken.
9. Gift Vouchers
9.1 Gift Vouchers are issued at the discretion of Yoga with Yasmin.
9.2 An Expiry Date will be agreed upon purchase and will not be changed. All Gift Vouchers must be paid in full before being given to recipient. Gift Vouchers to be used for Yoga with Yasmin classes ONLY and are not transferrable.
9.3 Classes are not guaranteed. Recipient of Gift Voucher must always follow booking policy in order to attend class.
9.4 Yoga with Yasmin retain the right to withdraw Gift Vouchers from sale at any time.
