Q: Is the class suitable for everyone?

A: People of all ages practice yoga , from teens to senior men + women. Do not feel you've left it too late to start or practise yoga. It can be taken up at any time of life. 

Q: Should I eat beforehand?

A:  Try not to eat within two hours of class. 

Q: What should I wear?

A:  Clothes that you can move in. Leggings and a vest are ideal for women; long shorts or lightweight sportswear for men. It is advisable to layer clothing to allow for keeping warm during the relaxation.  

Q: Do I need my own mat?

Q: How much do classes cost?

A: No spare mats are always available, but if you prefer to bring your own please do. 

A: Yes, but it's advisable to take small sips.

A: Yes! Don't worry if you can't touch your toes or have tight shoulders, this will ease with regular practice.
